In this role you will supervise the day-to-day operations, delegate and monitor workloads, be an escalation point for complex customer enquiries and ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service from the well-established team.

To Be Considered For This Opportunity, You Will Need:Demonstrated experience leading and developing a high performing team with a customer service focusWell-developed time management, task prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to meet stringent and competing timelinesDemonstrated ability to manage up, identify potential issues, problem solve and remain outcome focusedWell-developed computer skills and demonstrated experience with corporate software and Microsoft applicationExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHold a Minimum of a Queensland C Class Provisional Drivers LicenceIn this position you will enjoy working with a highly collaborative team and be supported by a leadership team who will empower you to succeed.
