What does this role involve? Working in true partnership with our Shared Services and Corporate portfolio, you will execute People and Culture solutions across the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and individual development to navigating complex people and performance issues and executing strategic change programs.
This fixed term position manages a portfolio of 100+ employees where you will be building strong working relationships with managers and employees, with additional P&C support from the broader team.

What will you bring to the team? This role will be a perfect fit for someone who is equally as comfortable playing a hands-on role as they are developing key stakeholder relationships and navigating complex issues.
To be successful in securing this role you will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource management or a related disciplineExperience navigating sensitive Employee and Industrial Relations mattersSelf-motivation, you will work independently and use your initiative to provide valuable input to a wide range of leadersExperience in working across the full suite of P&C services in a large organisation with multiple stakeholdersStrong organisation skills to match this fast-paced and diverse environmentResilience, independence and strong interpersonal skills What you can expect from us This is an opportunity to be an influential member of the P&C team, based at iconic Wrest Point Hotel & Casino.
