Job Description A market leading and growing civil and demo contracting business with blue chip clients is offering: Challenging and varied projects from $2.5m up to $100m Excellent pipeline Great career progression & company culture Must have strong communication skills Great opportunity to work with a well-established and reputable civil contractor on projects such as: Earthworks Demolition Excavation Piling Retention Foundations Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Junior / Site Engineer to join their growing business.They provide their services across various industry sectors such as: Building construction Industrial Mining and resources Transport infrastructure Environmental You will be responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of a number of challenging projects.Types of projects include: Build earthworks Demolition Excavation Retention Piling Foundations Ground improvement Soft and hard landscaping Site remediation and rehabilitation Typical project values range from $2.5m to $25m but can go up to $50m+.Candidates must have civil experience and ideally bulk earthworks experience. Responsibilities Working on tenders Planning and scheduling of construction activities Management of site project teams Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management Preparation of management reports Resolving site issues in a timely manner Liaising with key clients and stakeholders Coordinating internal and external resources Qualifications and Requirements Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar 1 – 5+ years' experience on civil projects, must have bulk earthworks experience Project management qualifications will be advantageous Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations High level of organisation and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills If you have the skills and experience that we are looking for, click on "Apply" to submit your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
