As a renowned global leader, our client is currently expanding and seeking rapidly expanding and seeking 2 x experienced Call Centre Trainers to join their team in Melbourne on the 14th of October
Your New Role
As the Call Centre Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training customer service, back office and first part collections. This position will also require an individual to develop and execute training structures for new hires and continuous on-the-job learning. This permanent full-time role will commence on the 14th of October
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of new hire training and floor training
2. Track weekly performance of new hires, refresher training and coaching to enhance performance
3. Conduct based classroom training
4. Content - Creating/ reviewing session plan, preparing and updating the training
modules as per requirements
5. Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues
6. Coordinate with other centres to share best practices, continuous improvement

About You
11. Previous call centre leadership (trainer) experience highly regarded
12. Ability to multitask and prioritise.
