About the role:
1. Preparation and execution of sales contracts
2. Take initial deposits via online system
3. Liaise with stakeholders throughout the contract process
4. Record and maintain contract spreadsheet
5. Prepare, update and distribute price lists as and when required
6. Liaise with sales team and provide support and stock updates
7. Prepare, update and distribute settlement information to stakeholders
8. General administration tasks as and when required
To be considered for the role you must have:
1. Contracts administration background preferred within real estate/property development
2. Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
3. High attention to detail
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Excellent oral and written communication
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Console and Docusign
