Client Executive | Sydney We are seeking a Client Executive to join our National Team, which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for mid-market clients. We have an extensive presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and an extensive regional branch network.The Client Executive supports the service delivery for a key portfolio of commercial clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment. Joining a high performing team, the Client Executive will work on a defined portfolio of existing clients across multiple industries with various brokers in a support capacity, while also having the opportunity to work on a smaller portfolio autonomously. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking to grow their insurance career in a challenging, fast paced and collaborative environment within a leading global insurance and risk advisory firm.What the day will look like Providing quality and proactive support to various Client Managers / Team Leads on an existing book of clientsWork directly with support teams to ensure accurate and timely completing of tasksCreate fit-for-purpose solutions for clients through the execution of Aon's Go to Market strategyBuild strong relationships with clients, internal and external stakeholdersHandling processing duties including renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing, as well as response to day to day queries from clientsManage a smaller book of own clients across various industries including education, community, manufacturing and others.Actively contribute in monthly branch and sales meetings and be an eager learner for Aon and external training opportunitiesActively support utilisation of new systems and processes that support our business growth and improvementSkills and experience that will lead to success: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or within the insurance industryStrong client relationship management capabilitiesAbility to work in a team environment, yet also to work using their own initiativeTier 1 Qualification and basic insurance technical skillsBachelor's degree and/or relevant working experienceFirst-class communication and presentation skillsA keen entrepreneurial spiritA positive attitude and a willingness to learnEye for detail and quality whilst working under pressureOrganisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentEagerness to grow your career in insuranceHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
