YOUR NEW ROLE
The Retail Business Leader (our name for Store Manager) at our BRAND NEW store in Melton is responsible for translating national strategy within the local store environment to deliver on business objectives. As a commercially astute and forward-thinking innovator, your remit is to drive growth through a clear business plan that includes identifying new opportunities to grow sales, optimise costs and increase our store footprint among the local community. With plenty of autonomy to run a store like your own business, you'll inspire a high performing team culture that delivers a fantastic customer experience.

With a can do attitude you are confident and driven to lead and coach your team. You are an experienced leader in the retail industry who is passionate about delivering Fantastic customer experience! You have had exposure to using financial data to deliver targets and support operational success. You love learning and upskilling the capability of your team. You're not afraid to give feedback and can navigate challenging situations. You always put the safety of your team and customers above all else and genuinely care about the health and wellbeing of your team.
