On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead and manage quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of resident and client safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident/client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes to ensure continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with accreditation standards in aged care, home care, the Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
* Lead quality initiatives aligned with the organisations Clinical Governance Framework.
* Coordinate and prepare for external reviews and audits.
* Monitor non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
* Manage complaints processes and ensure prompt resolution.
* Promote a culture of quality improvement across the organisation.
Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in a clinical discipline.
* Experience working within a Clinical Governance Framework.
* Strong knowledge of compliance, legislation, and care outcomes in aged care and disability sectors.
* Proven ability to implement and influence organisation-wide quality initiatives.
* High-level problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office, QMS, and bench-marking tools.
* Desirable: Lead Auditor or Quality Aged Care Assessor qualifications.
