On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to lead and manage quality improvement initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of resident and client safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident/client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes to ensure continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards in aged care, home care, the Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme, and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Lead quality initiatives aligned with the organisations Clinical Governance Framework. Coordinate and prepare for external reviews and audits. Monitor non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Manage complaints processes and ensure prompt resolution. Promote a culture of quality improvement across the organisation. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in a clinical discipline. Experience working within a Clinical Governance Framework. Strong knowledge of compliance, legislation, and care outcomes in aged care and disability sectors. Proven ability to implement and influence organisation-wide quality initiatives. High-level problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Office, QMS, and bench-markingtools. Desirable: Lead Auditor or Quality Aged Care Assessor qualifications. Personal Attributes: Commitment to the organisation's values and person-centred care approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. High attention to detail and excellent time management. Ability to foster relationships with residents, families, and staff.
