This role will be full-time working 38 hours per week and will be pivotal in the delivery of outstanding Theatre Services. ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the Theatre department while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a customer-focused approach to delivering exceptional care. The successful candidate will work closely with the Surgical Services Manager to ensure Key Performance Indicators are met, strategic objectives are delivered, and business growth is achieved. REQUIREMENTS Current Registration with AHPRA; An experienced leader in a Theatre setting for at least 2 years; Post-graduate qualifications or working towards; Well-developed clinical and problem-solving skills in the acute care setting; Be dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
