With a strong reputation for quality project execution and client-focused delivery, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to manage contractual risk and project financials across their growing portfolio. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for managing contracts, procurement, and cost planning across multiple projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, budgets are controlled, and all contractual obligations are met. DUTIES Oversee contract administration, variations, and procurement. Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements to ensure value and compliance. Ensure cost tracking, forecasting, and budget control across projects. Provide contractual and legal advice to project teams. Monitor compliance with contract terms, WHS requirements, and project specifications. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager in commercial Fit Out and New Build projects. Strong understanding of procurement, contract law, and cost control. Experience managing multiple stakeholders, including subcontractors and consultants. Ability to interpret and negotiate contract terms and risk mitigation strategies. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (preferred).
