The Role
Seeking an experienced Property Manager with a background in all aspects of portfolio management to work autonomously on a small local portfolio of approximately 50 properties.
1. This is an end-to-end portfolio Property Management role with no Trust Accounting
2. Entry and Exit Inspections
3. Routine Inspections and Reporting
4. Lodging and Coordinating Maintenance
5. Lease Renewals
6. Arrears Management
7. Notices and QCAT as required
8. Providing exceptional customer service to owners and tenants/ follow up and clear communication
9. Cloud-based software

Ideal Candidate:
10. 2+ years of previous Property Management experience
11. QLD Certificate of Registration
12. Attention to detail
13. Strong organisational skills
14. Solid written & verbal communication skills
15. Outstanding telephone manner & time management
16. Corporate presentation
17. Valid driver's license
