Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for Mining & Oil & Gas roles.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their workforce needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.Utilize and maintain recruitment databases to track candidate pipelines and hiring activities efficiently.Prepare and manage recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to streamline hiring processes.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and employment regulations.Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.Provide ongoing contractor care, maintaining communication and engagement with placed candidates.Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce demands within the Mining & Oil & Gas sector.
