We are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager for our store at Tannum Eyecare to support and motivate the team to deliver exceptional results!

In this critical role, you will:

12. Support the Store Manager to optimize the location's performance

You bring to the team:
13. Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
14. Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
15. Exceptional time management and organisational skills
16. Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
17. Optical experience is highly regarded
