What your day will look like…As a Clinical Nurse at Dr EAF McDonald Residential Aged Care Facility, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, holistic care.
Your day will involve leading a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical direction, and supporting the nursing team with expert advice and mentorship.
You'll coordinate care plans, assess and monitor residents' health, and use your critical thinking skills to manage complex care needs.
You'll also collaborate closely with the broader healthcare team, working towards the continuous improvement of care standards.
