Our client, a newly established government organisation, seeks a highly skilled HR generalist to join their growing office.
* Develop and implement customer-focused HR services that drive best practice talent policies, programs, and tools
* Build partnerships with senior leaders and offer strategic advice to the senior leadership team
* Analyse workforce planning data, foster continuous improvement, and assist with the design, development, and implementation of a new performance management system
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a government organisation. They will possess strong people and performance skills, with the ability to prioritise timely HR advice and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
