Key Responsibilities
4. Be the first and key point of contact for our customers;
5. Create and maintain excellent customer relationships;
6. Process customer orders and/or enquires;
7. Perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
Key Competencies, Skills and Qualifications
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills including telephone manner;
9. Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry;
10. Great computer skills (including Word, Excel);
11. Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment.
