About the Role:
As our Casual Concierge / Courtesy Bus Driver, you will provide prompt and friendly service throughout our local community and will be responsible for:
* Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous manner
* Signing in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessments
* Screening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriate
* Operating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staff
* Processing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting payments
* Updating details in the membership system
* Driving our Club patrons safely to their home via the courtesy bus service
* Driving our members and guests to attend events
* Facilitating cloak room service; and
* Any other reasonable duties as requested by Management.
Requirements:
* Reception / concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation
* Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations, and customer complaints
* Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook
* Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card
* Full Driver's license with clean driving record
* LR, MR or HR drivers license
* Current First Aid certification, or willing to obtain; and
* Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
