Job Title: Change Manager
Our client is a large, diverse financial services firm seeking a Change Manager to join their Melbourne (or Sydney) office.
The successful candidate will work on a high-profile Risk & Compliance project, reporting into the Program Director and Chief Compliance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead working groups in defining, documenting, and delivering business impacts across all phases of change deliverables.
* Use influencing and persuasion skills to successfully implement change and influence decision-making with key stakeholders in a diverse and matrix operating environment.
* Work with Senior Management to develop strategic change scope for implementation.
* Present at Steering Committee and meetings on change activities.
* Implement process improvements with problem-solving and business analysis skills.
Requirements:
* Proven relationship building and management skills.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Program/project/change management skills.
* Knowledge of the Asset Management industry.
* Proven relevant experience with regulatory change, managing projects or leading large initiatives within a large, global organisation, preferably Financial Services.
* Demonstrated leadership in regulatory evaluation, execution, and compliance at a global asset management firm.
* Experience in working in the banking sector (and ideally risk or compliance) is highly desirable.
