About the Business Frontline Recruitment Group was established in 1995 and has grown to become a leading specialist recruiter operating across Australia and New Zealand.In 2020 Frontline became part of a global organisation and is now backed by the world's no 1 staffing franchise, Express Employment Professionals with over 860 offices across the United States, Canada, South Africa and Australia and New Zealand.Our Frontline Agency Owners enhance the lives of our clients and candidates by finding purposeful roles for people in either, retail, hospitality, health, education or construction.We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team in our head office in Sydney.Key Responsibilities Plan and develop advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives.Advise on advertising strategies to effectively reach target markets and enhance consumer awareness.Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.Analyse consumer patterns and preferences to inform marketing strategies.Interpret current and future consumer trends.Research market demand and characteristics for new and existing products.Support business growth through the execution of marketing objectives and programs.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products.Provide guidance on marketing elements, including product mix, pricing, and distribution channels.Create and implement quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns for Express and Frontline brands.Develop supporting campaign materials across digital, print, and social media.Manage relationships with external agencies.Track expenses and ensure adherence to budget.Develop and distribute marketing guidelines and toolkits for franchisees.Coach and train franchisees on marketing best practices.Implement and oversee organic video content strategies, including monthly content ideation (across platforms such as TikTok).Maintain a regular posting schedule across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field At least 2 years' proven experience in marketing management.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies.Job Type: Full-time Applications for this position will be accepted for four weeks.
