As a Chef de Partie at Garçon Bleu, you will work under the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality, French-inspired dishes with precision and flair. Responsible for managing the In Room Dining kitchen section, you’ll demonstrate strong leadership by training and supporting team members. Your role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and strong culinary skills to create exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant hotel restaurant.
Qualifications
What you will bring to the role:
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role, within high-end dining operations
* Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
* Certificate in Commercial Cookery Level 4 or above or equivalent
* Proven experience in leading, training and developing teams
* A true love and passion for food and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
