Our client team is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalised and professional support.We are currently recruiting multiple positions for several different departments within the organisation that start as a temporary assignment ranging from 6 months to 12 months, with the potential to go permanent.Your new roleWe are interested in hearing from dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Superstars who will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with outstanding service and support.
Your primary responsibilities will include:Handling customer enquiries via phone and email.Providing accurate information about products and services.Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.What you'll need to succeedExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service such as Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centres.Confident computer skills.A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.These roles work full-time hours and require availability across rotating rosters from Monday to Friday.Due to the nature of these positions view to go permanent, only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply.
