ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Essendon Fields and Melbourne Central, one day WFH Full Time 12 Month Fixed Term with a possibility of an extension Monday – Friday Must have supported Workforce Management Solutions in the past This System Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive application and technical support services to all users of globally deployed workforce management systems, as well as other enterprise corporate systems as required. This role will be part of the project to build, configure and test UKG, prior to handover to BAU. Must have experience managing environments, upgrades, understand how to work across internal and external teams. This role is to be on a fixed-term basis starting ideally in March 2025 through to March 2026, this role is part of the organisation moving forward. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Responsibilities (85%): Provide hands-on support for all Pro WFM UKG Workforce Management (WFM) modules. Manage and maintain the three Pro WFM UKG environments within the Wilson Group technology ecosystem. Act as the application subject matter expert, collaborating with the Product Manager on reporting, implementation, upgrades, and system evaluations. Coordinate with UKG, Deloitte support teams, and IT to resolve technical issues and manage production support tickets and upgrades. Develop, document, and maintain system administration processes, end-user training materials, and operational workflows. Represent WFM module integration holistically, participating in governance groups to guide system direction and usage. Enhance tools, templates, and processes for streamlined integration and usability, while proactively addressing system threats and opportunities. Secondary Responsibilities (15%): Foster collaboration and transparency between technology and operations for all WFM-related matters. Promote workforce management principles through education and ongoing learning opportunities for internal stakeholders. Develop and execute test plans, implement security best practices, and maintain technical documentation. Create, update, and deliver operational reports, workflows, and training materials. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Job-Specific Knowledge: 1 years of experience administering Workforce Management systems, specifically UKG and Payroll solutions. Proven analytical and problem-solving expertise (3 years). Experience managing issues and defects within a support desk environment. Industry-Specific Experience: Broad understanding of engineering principles. Familiarity with business processes is desirable. Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Post-secondary qualification in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred) OR strong expertise in Workforce Management. HSE Capability: Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices. IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in supporting Workforce Management solutions. Strong Excel and report writing skills. Proven ability to investigate and resolve issues in complex technical environments. People Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client service. Skilled in delivering effective presentations and training sessions. Ability to work within globally distributed, virtual teams across multiple IT disciplines. Strong negotiation skills. Other: Demonstrated ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve goals and meet deadlines. Flexibility to support global locations across different time zones.
