MyneSight is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #31900) that specialises in providing accredited training and consulting services to various sectors, including resources, ports, industrial and public sectors.

Our Opportunity
As a System & Compliance Support Officer, you will report directly to MyneSight's System & Compliance Manager and work as part of the centralised team based at our Mackay training facility. This role is ideal for a technically-minded support professional who has a passion for training and education.
You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on this role, supporting our rapidly growing RTO to establish, maintain, and continuously improve quality processes, systems, and learner support. There may also be opportunities to attend mine sites to support MyneSight's expanding footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting learners with technical and eLearning support inquiries using our training system aXcelerate and Helpdesk.
* Maintaining and improving MyneSight systems (e.g., website, aXcelerate, PowerBI, etc).
* Administering online training programs and inductions.
* Analyzing training/financial data and preparing reports.
* Developing and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI.
* Updating RTO documents as requested (e.g., electronic forms and templates, user guides).
* Maintaining student tablets (iPad/Samsung) and other electronic training aids.
* Training and providing support to MyneSight's trainers and assessors and fellow team members on the use of our systems and processes.
About You
As our Systems & Compliance Support Officer, you should possess exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude, ready to take initiative and get things done.
Ideally, you will have a passion for systems and technology and a desire to continue growing your career in this area.
You will be part of a busy team that enjoys coming to work, handling multiple priorities and expectations to ensure quality outcomes are delivered for all key clients and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
* Technical proficiency (IT or similar skills highly desirable)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Consultative, analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
* Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills
* Excellent numerical and written communication skills
* Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results
* High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite
Exposure to helpdesk systems, Power BI, and training management system aXcelerate is desirable but not essential.
