The Role
We're seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing, communication, and organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general marketing support to the centre management team and broader marketing team.
* Communicate with retailers regarding marketing activities and promotional opportunities.
* Monitor social media pages and administer responses in a timely manner.
* Assist with event coordination, project management, and execution of centre campaigns.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders and foster strong relationships with local community groups.
* Manage campaign invoices and assist the Marketing Manager on key projects and initiatives.
* Collate insights and results from centre campaigns and digital platforms.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
* Minimum 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Proficiency in Canva and PDF skills.
* Good understanding of traditional and digital marketing.
* Experience managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
* Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong internal stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive attitude and flexible approach to work.
* A customer service focus and a motivated and enthusiastic approach.
