The Childcare Assistant is dedicated to playing a crucial role in the care and education of a group of children, working closely with the team leader to create a nurturing atmosphere. The Childcare Assistant is passionate about fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for children's growth and development in an enriching environment. Opportunities for personal development as part of this supportive team will be available.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Nurturing children’s learning and well-being in accordance with current theories and industry practice
* Ensuring all necessary duties are completed in required time frame

To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III level education and care qualification
* Have a passion for nurturing and stimulating early learning
* Demonstrated ability to relate well to children
* Demonstrated knowledge of child development
* Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate
