Join Our Team As a Senior E-Commerce Product Manager reporting to the Head of Commercial Performance. Collaborating closely with the eCommerce Manager and stakeholders, this role oversees the entire eCommerce journey, from shopfront to sales and account management. They ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions to optimize digital sales flows, prioritizing delivery of requirements and continuous improvement. A deep understanding of backend technology systems and their interaction with front-end sales processes is essential, along with the ability to articulate requirements clearly to ensure an optimal customer experience
As our Senior eCommerce Product Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and cooperate with technical experts to manage the translation of product and business requirements into actual technology solutions, including:
* Define and prioritise E-commerce product initiatives aligned with commercial objectives and customer needs
* Drive continuous improvement and innovation in E-commerce product offerings
* Work with development tech leads and other members of the delivery teams to continuously review timelines to ensure delivery expectations are met.
* Based on the agreed E-commerce and end to end sales journey roadmap gather requirements and understand the needs of stakeholders.
* Communicate regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure requirements are current and relevant
* Work closely with UX to define the MVP based on stakeholder requirements, customer needs, UX best practice, and business objectives
Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in digital product management with a focus on eCommerce and MarTech
* Strong understanding of technology principles and methodologies, with experience working closely with technology teams
* Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools such as Confluence and Jira
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels
* Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
