You will be a part of a team supporting these clients one-on-one or in groups, in their homes and occasionally in the community.
You will work closely with individuals to implement personalized plans that address their unique needs and goals.No one work day (or night) will be the same!
You might support clients with:Working towards their goalsShopping, appointments and eventsDaily living and personal care needs, including assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene and mobilityOvernight careAbout YouWe're seeking passionate individuals with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
