The Technology Procurement team plays a crucial role in delivering leading practice procurement. Our Group Procurement function manages all activities across the procurement lifecycle, encompassing:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across IT Procurement, focusing on Telco/Networks and relevant ICT Services at CBA.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing an end-to-end Infrastructure procurement category strategy.
* Delivering against agreed targets and objectives through strategic or tactical procurement strategies/plans.
* Establishing effective performance management strategies across sub-categories and major suppliers.
* Collaborating with the Technology Leadership Team and business leaders to develop and execute procurement strategies.
* Ensuring compliance with Bank-wide and Procurement processes and technology.
* Cultivating junior team members through coaching and mentoring.

* Proven experience in managing IT spend in complex environments.
* A background in large organisations with complex settings, achieving tangible commercial results.
* Expertise in delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes using standardised project management frameworks.
* An advanced understanding of leading practice procurement technology.
* Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
