We're experiencing strong, consistent growth. Now, we need a Creative Lead to take our paid media to the next level. This is a high-impact role – you'll play a key role in creative strategy, execution, and performance across Meta and TikTok. This role is primarily remote, with opportunities for in-person collaboration as needed. What You'll Do Support and execute paid creative strategy – From concept to execution, develop compelling content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement across digital channels, specifically Meta and TikTok. Develop high-performing ad creatives – Scripting, briefing and iterating. Improve on existing assets to enhance performance and launch new brand creative to drive growth through optimisation and new opportunities. Collaborate with creators & influencers – Develop clear asset briefs using customer behaviour and content trends while highlighting product USPs to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and converts. Measure and optimise performance – Work alongside media buying to regularly monitor ad performance, extract insights, and refine creative strategies for maximum impact. Work with editors & production partners to bring ideas to life at scale. Keep your finger on the pulse of trending content, customer experiences and product benefits to inspire fresh creative ideas. Who You Are 2+ years in a creative digital agency or DTC brand – You get how performance marketing works. Obsessed with performance – You care about performance, not just making things look cool. You blend storytelling with data to drive real results. Skilled in copywriting – You have strong direct-response copywriting skills with a very high attention to detail. Strong project management & organisational skills – You have in-depth experience of creating briefs and guiding projects from ideation to execution Autonomous & results-driven – You don't wait for direction. You make things happen. Strong communicator & collaborator – You collaborate seamlessly in a tight-knit team, inspiring creative ideas with data-driven insights. Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut or PremierePro is a plus. Deep knowledge of DTC eCommerce Why This Role?
