COX is a design-focused contemporary architectural practice with studios located in every major Australian city and Auckland, and a history spanning 60 years.We are a values-led practice.Our values simultaneously reflect who we currently are and provide a pathway to how we can further realise COX's unifying idea of 'By the Many, For the Many'.Our people are expected to represent and model the foundational values of Embody Diversity, Lead with Empathy, Do More with Less, and Create to Last.About the role: We are currently searching for an ICT Support Engineer to join our Melbourne studio, working with the national team.The ICT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing Level 1 Desktop support for COX users and assist other engineers within the team when required.You will be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.Responsibilities: Helpdesk First point of contact for all IT related issues for the Melbourne studio Monitor the Helpdesk (HD) for new or updated requests for the Melbourne studio.HD requests should be picked up instantly and assigned, working through issues with users in a collaborative, timely fashion Assist other studios by monitoring their service requests and act when appropriate Software Asset Management Ensure compliance of deployed and licensed software and remediating where required Assist in developing and implementing strategies to ensure effective, cost-efficient procurement and usage within the COX Architecture network Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the procurement and operational lifecycle.Service Provider & Contract Management Maintain contractual records and documentation such as receipts, contract correspondence, and customer contact information sheets Monitor transaction compliance (milestones, deliverables, invoicing etc.) Oversee vendor Service Level Agreement compliance with suppliers and service providers Monitor contract close-out, extension, or renewal of each agreement Create, build and maintain open partnerships and relationships with major suppliers and service providers to ensure maximum value to COX Architecture Maintain and support a suite of mobile devices Experience: Experience working with computers Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build effective relationships Strong focus on customer service Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities Strong attention to detail Motivated, punctual, and prompt to act on support requests Qualifications: Tertiary qualification preferred To apply please forward a covering letter indicating your interest in the position, together with your CV and portfolio to .#J-18808-Ljbffr
