Carinity - Brownesholme have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic Personal Carers to join the team. Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence.
You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence. There are a variety of shifts available across all days and times, including nights and weekends, so we offer flexible and supported working conditions.
What do I need for the role?
* Relevant experience working in a care environment.
* Willingness to work as a team member, relating to a multi-disciplinary team.
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
* Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriate qualifications and experience.

Location: Carinity – Brownesholme
Brownesholme is Carinity’s Aged Care site located in Highfields, just a short drive from Toowoomba and close to all amenities. Carinity’s new Brownesholme facility is designed and equipped with modern design concepts and technology to support residential care.
