Our client is now seeking a Business Development Manager with a talent for building strong customer relationships and a drive to acquire new business. You will have experience in specialty coffee and strong connections within the hospitality industry.
We require someone with the ability to adapt to the dynamics of coffee sales, a passion for supporting your cafe clients and is a strong team player.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
– Ability to build strong new relationships
– Grow a maintain a strong network of industry contacts and prospective clients
– Working with the management team to deliver incremental growth through new business
– Be a positive representative through internal and industry events: cuppings, social media and industry involvement
– Support and nurture existing business through relationship management and training
We are looking for someone with:
– A passion for the specialty coffee industry
– The desire to maintain strong relationships within new and existing business, and managing customer expectations
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work independently while demonstrating the willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
– A positive attitude with a passion to deliver high quality and consistent customer service
– Attention to detail, time management and problem-solving skills
– A full Australian Drivers’ License and a personal vehicle
