Job Description
You will report directly to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for:
* Processing high-volume payroll for approximately 3500 employees on a fortnightly basis
* Addressing queries related to payroll
* Maintaining all payroll data in C21
* Handling new starters and terminations, including redundancy payments
* Interpreting and advising on relevant legislation, awards, agreements, policies, and procedures
* Managing superannuation payments
* Providing support to the Payroll Manager for ad-hoc reporting requirements
* Completing other tasks as directed by the Payroll Manager
Requirements
* Previous experience processing high-volume payroll
* Demonstrated understanding of payroll and relevant legislation
* High attention to detail and action-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills, particularly via phone, video, and email
