As Client Partner, you will spearhead the relationship management with enterprise businesses while ensuring the Clients' needs are at the heart of everything we do. Sitting at the intersection of Data, Digital Media, Technology and Consultancy - you will work collaboratively with the capabilities to inform and develop solutions that meet the unique needs of our Clients' business challenges, and ensure we're delivering value-led outcomes as a core function of our engagements. The Role This role focuses on driving growth and supporting existing delivery structures to ensure we're providing an optimal client experience. As a bridge between teams, you will drive the strategic development of partnership plans with our Clients, and work to identify opportunities, nurturing through to closure, and transitioning to delivery. You will be someone who excels at Client Management, providing strategic guidance, thought leadership and advisory to our Clients' most senior & C-level stakeholders, that not only leads to pipeline growth, but drives stronger customer satisfaction to build longer term, and more secure revenue streams. Responsibilities Include: Effectively manage Senior stakeholder relationships; provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to build trust and credibility, and rapport with the C-suite. Work to understand the Clients' business, industry vertical & the unique challenges they face to build a vision, strategic objectives and long term roadmap. Ensure that business outcomes are clearly defined, approved and delivered with benefits realised and value clearly communicated at each step of the way. Drive discovery for new business opportunities; and manage the end-to-end growth initiatives, including pipeline and actualised revenue. Orchestrate our cross-capability operating model through an understanding of all ongoing fulfillment projects in order to continually reinforce ROI and future roadmaps. Lead key milestones and drive collaboration across capabilities for partnership-led workstreams, including QBRs, bi-annual top-to-tops and annual planning and strategy meetings. Facilitate a uniform method for client experience across DDM capabilities, defining the baseline for client services to guarantee a superior experience for all clients engaging with our teams, and ensuring that all capabilities work towards the same north star. Problem solve and be a change agent internally and externally to ensure client can achieve business outcomes. Identify best and new practices, which drive efficiency and effectiveness of the DDM Practice to deliver against the clients business goals. Create a cohesive delivery of Media.Monks offering, and drive connectivity across different teams, so MM shows up as a single voice. Partner with subject matter experts, pre sales, post sales teams to co-create custom solutions that meet business needs. Gains and maintains knowledge of client's business, industry and competition. Serve as the customers' trusted data and digital media advisor by providing expertise, thought leadership and guidance on digital marketing solutions to deliver ROI. Collaborate across DDM consulting teams, engineering, media and analytics functions to orchestrate solutions for customer growth. What you bring to it: Requirements: Proficient in written and verbal English. 5+ years of digital marketing experience, whether at a publisher, agency, consultancy, trading desk, technology company, or brand. Experience with Media and AdTech - (including Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, etc). Experience with Data & Analytics Solutions - (including GA4, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, plus CDPs and Tag Management solutions; Tealium, Adobe, etc). Strong grasp of the overall digital consultancy space, including but not limited to knowledge of Media.Monks competitive set and their offerings across data and digital media. Partnership management experience, with demonstrated abilities to manage and organise Partnership plans, inform detailed project plans, and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders ranging from C-suite through to platform SMEs. Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and develop processes and workflows that increase revenue and value-realisation for Client. Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Optional Requirements: Strong analytical and consulting skills, rooted in the ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points. Strong data analysis capabilities, with an ability to unearth actionable insights using a range of platforms and tools.
