Head of HR New opportunity within a growing, national healthcare organisation to develop a high performing HR team.Dynamic, fast paced environment, strong org purpose Lead and develop the HR function Salary Package $220K including super The Organisation This privately owned healthcare organisation is a leading provider of health workforce solutions across Australia and they are very well regarded for providing a high quality of care and support within both the public and private sectors.In response to continued growth, they are now seeking a Head of HR for a newly created, national line of business.The Head of HR is a newly created role that is responsible for leading the implementation of relevant people programs and practices within this new line of business, working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the business is both well supported and enabled through this critical period of growth.About the Role As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for leading the HR team of ten, inclusive of the domains of talent acquisition, training, WHS, business partnering and employee relations.Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager and with a dotted line to the Chief People Officer, you will lead the development and implementation of the people strategy, processes, policies and programs required to mobilise the new line of business.You will be instrumental in supporting and coaching leaders, ensuring the effective management of employee relations, and driving initiatives that increase employee engagement, retention, and overall workforce performance.In addition to the above key responisbilities include; Partnering with business leaders to support a critical 'ramp up' and growth period in addition to setting the HR rhythm for 'business as usual' Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and leadership to managers to build high-performing teams, fostering a positive culture.Managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and leading HR operations to meet compliance requirements.About You Ideally, you will bring significant experience in an HR leadership role gained within a healthcare setting.If not healthcare, experience in complex services organisations may be considered.In addition you will bring: Extensive experience in HR management, including case management of complex employee relations and industrial relations issues.A strong understanding of Modern Awards, the National Employment Standards (NES), and Fair Work Act (FWA).Expertise in designing and implementing HR policies, recruitment and workforce planning strategies.Excellence in bringing together and leading an HR team to deliver on key people priorities.An ability to balance planning with the 'hands on' nature of an operational environment.Proven ability to coach and mentor leaders to drive performance and high levels of employee engagement.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.If you are an energised HR leader with a passion for fostering and supporting the growth of a high-performing business, we encourage you to apply.Any initial enquiries can be directed to Tandem Partners on 03 8560 0610.If you are confident that your experience aligns to the criteria outlined above, please apply directly online to the attention of Melanie Barrett quoting ref. 3843018.Salary Range: $ - $ Work Type: Full Time Location: Victoria Date Published: 13-Nov-2024
