What You’ll Do: Create a Seamless Customer Journey: Adapt and implement visual merchandising strategies to optimise product placement and enhance the shopping experience as per brand guidelines. Lead store layout strategies and execute commercial actions: Developing & Coordinating layout changes that align with seasonal goals, product launches, end of line, and promotions. Collaborating closely with the Commercial Team to optimise execution. Boost Sales: Analyse store performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations to improve layouts and drive results. Develop Your Team: Train and inspire the team in Sydney to maintain top-tier merchandising standards that respond to local, seasonal and commercial needs. Collaborate Across Teams: Align and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align in-store layouts with brand guidelines, merchandising guides and customer expectations. Duty Management: Supervise and manage daily store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to safe work practices, maintaining efficiency, delegating tasks, overseeing staff availability, and resolving any operational issues that may arise.
