The Role: This exciting position is part of the Creative & Production team, responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective graphic design services across various departments within the University.
The team plays a vital role in developing customer growth and engagement strategies in domestic, regional, international, and online markets.
Key Responsibilities: Provide professional graphic design services across a range of projects.
Produce promotional material consistent with the University's brand identity.
Develop engaging content for social media channels.
Create animated HTML5 displays, banners, and video content.
Handle print, campaign, and digital work, including large catalogues, brochures, flyers, social media tiles, outdoor advertising (OOH), and EDM graphics.
Manage mostly templated work but ensure the highest design quality and attention to detail.
Skills & Experience: Proven experience in corporate graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to handle varied design tasks.
Strong proficiency in multimedia design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Adobe Animate) Experience creating animated content such as banner ads, HTML5 animations, and video content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word, to assist with presentations and documents.
Experience working on large-scale print and digital campaigns.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines while working remotely.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
A keen eye for design and a strong sense of creativity, even when working within established templates.
An all-rounder with the flexibility to work across print, digital, and social media formats.
