About the Organisation
Talent is currently partnering with a leading Higher Education organisation to source a HR Advisor to work across a multi-year tech transformation program. Our client has been globally recognised as one of the world's top universities for many years and boasts a long list of employee benefits.
About the Role
The HR Consultant will work closely a HR partner, managing key relationships with the selected client group. The role will be working to advise on EBA, redundancies and employee/industrial relations in line with the new EBA coming in at the university. One role will be more focused on the Change Program and one will be more broad across the strategy portfolio.
Essential Requirements
4. Significant HR generalist knowledge working in a complex or large client
5. Previous project experience
6. Demonstrated experience of employment frameworks industry legislation, enterprise agreements and HR practices with commercial/business acumen
7. Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key and senior stakeholders
8. Experience executing regular insightful business reporting including data extraction and analysis
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
10. Experience working within a COE model desirable
