You will be the first point of call for all inbound inquiry and will take that through to negation for both auction and private treaty campaigns. You will be given administration support so you can focus on putting sales together. Attend open homes and private inspections Prepare for and attend auctions Work the auction floor and guide buyers Open home callbacks and prepare vendor reports Manage buyer inquiry and nurture pipeline of active buyers Coordinate and attend pre-settlement inspections Issue contracts and manage the offer process Manage post auction follow up Attend internal and external sales training Manage all in bound buyer inquiry Negotiate sales with the buyer, lead agent and vendors The right candidate will have: 5 years real estate experience Strong negotiation skills A current class 2 real estate license Flexibility to work every Saturday Immaculate presentation A reliable car and valid drivers license Confident managing the auction floor Strong attention to detail Highly customer service focused To confidentially submit your CV please click apply or call 0450 668 223 to discuss the opportunity with Carlie Barnett at Recruit & Consult.
