There's no better time to join our team!Job Summary Delivery of annual GSV and USG sales target by defending and expanding the OOH route customer base, and by ensuring that sales opportunities and Perfect Store in National/State Accounts are maximized by ensuring compliance to trading terms and new business is driven through independent groups, while engaging Distributors to deliver brilliant execution and managing the Metro "cost plus" model.Manage the ice cream distributor network to ensure availability of Streets ice cream in all out of home (OOH) channels.Provide day-to-day operational support for our extensive ice cream distributor network to deliver sales objectives and marketing strategies.Support distributors with securing new business and NPD launches.Provide close coordination / communication between distributors and internal teams, such as category, sales operations, visibility, freezers to ensure that distributors are fully supported with securing resources on-time.Manage State account and operations Managers to ensure Field Team is focused on KPI's and deliverables within the "Pulse" communication.Ensure close and ongoing coordination / communication of NPD, marketing plans across the extensive distributor network, local and national accounts to deliver business plans.Role Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering business plans through close collaboration / working with distributors.Ensure activity plans, NPD launches / distribution targets are achieved.Assist with identifying and developing new growth opportunities. Negotiate / manage contracts with key regional accounts.Conduct regular trade visits with distributors and Field Managers to identify gaps and opportunities in respective areas.Coordinate with freezer / fridge teams to secure and supply assets to distributors.Coordinate with visibility/ POS teams to secure and supply visibility / POS to distributors.Coordinate with Sales Operations / IT to provide NewsPage support.Responsible for ensuring that freezers / fridge placements are monitored / recorded.Work with customer service, warehouse teams to ensure product is available to distributors by prioritizing / managing allocations.Provide regular sales training materials to the Field and to distributor's teams.Hold weekly WIP's with State Managers to get an update on Sales and Monthly/Weekly priorities.Actively manage discounts (i.e. TTS) to ensure that distributors and key customers are within matrix / ROI margins.
