The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an Office & Client Services Coordinator to be part of our team.
You will collaborate with the Office Services Manager to provide outstanding client-centric service to clients, employees, and suppliers.
Your attention to detail, organisational prowess, and time management skills will ensure seamless daily operations.
You will leverage your expertise to enhance the office experience, meeting client and staff needs, and delivering top-tier events.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure Urbis procedures and systems are implemented to facilitate effective local office operations.
* Partner with the Office Services Manager in respect of day-to-day operations and act as their representative when necessary.
* Provide nationally consistent and exceptional concierge experience to internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage facilities, meeting rooms, kitchen, and break-out areas to ensure high standards of customer service.
* Monitor the National Call Centre and voicemail system, transferring calls and messages to relevant staff members or business units.
* Maintain stock levels of stationery, printing supplies, and kitchen supplies, ordering when required.
* Prepare new employee welcome packs for a best-in-class onboarding experience.
* Arrange travel, hotel accommodation, and car hire requests via the travel booking system.
* Plan and deliver client events for a seamless and memorable experience.

About You
* RSA/Food Safety Training and/or certification preferred.
* Certificate/s in Hospitality preferred.
* 3-5 years' experience in a similar role preferred.
* Prior experience in airline, hospitality, hotelier concierge, corporate office, or co-working space.
* Competent in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Experience planning and delivering client events of up to 70 participants beneficial.
