Our services make it easier for our customers to deal with the practicalities of death - be it that of a loved one or their own.Our ethos is to provide great service and great value for money - something we do by using technology wisely but bringing great interpersonal skills into every interaction.If this ethos is one you share, you are the sort of person we want on our team.About the OpportunityIn this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service while also providing administrative support to our office operations.You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our services with empathy and professionalism.Additionally, you will provide vital administrative support to various departments within the company, contributing to the smooth functioning of our operations.It’s all in a day’s work when you’re part of the team at Willed. Your responsibilities will include:Responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information and assistance.Handling client requests with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.Guiding clients through the process of creating Wills.Assisting in maintaining accurate client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Providing general administrative support to the office, including data entry and filing.This position is Full-Time and based in Gardenvale, Victoria. From time to time, you may be required to represent Willed at tradeshows and events.About YouYou have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to empathise and connect with clients. You are a team player who is ready to make this role your own and to be a true ambassador of the Willed brand.You may have previous experience; however, this is not required as we will provide great on-the-job training.You are:Proactive and creative when it comes to problem-solving.Very comfortable using computers in a work setting.Able to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Competent and confident with paperwork, process, and completing digital forms. You also have a keen eye for detail.Professional and compassionate. You have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude.
