About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to lead our clinical teams in Adelaide. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical competency frameworks, promoting quality improvement activities, and providing educational support to nursing staff.

* AHPRA Registered Nurse with strong clinical education and continuous quality improvement mindset
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in clinical education and evaluation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong IT skills and literacy

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop relationships and processes to design and build clinical placement capacity and develop a clinical graduate program
* Establish relationships with academic partners to build a trusted relationship and pursue training and research opportunities
* Promote and participate in quality improvement activities and organisational accreditation processes
* Take on a leadership role in developing, brokering and providing hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to nursing and care staff within each clinical portfolio
Salary:
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
