The Role
We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our team of allied health professionals. You will work with school-aged children in primary and secondary schools across Barwon, delivering services and supports to students with physical disabilities or chronic health impairments.
* Deliver goal-directed therapy to children and young people who experience learning, language, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
* Undertake communication assessments and interventions.
* Provide evidence-based interventions and services that build on customers' strengths and develop sustainable long-term solutions.
* Emphasize parent, teacher, and carer education to nurture change.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team of speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to provide holistic customer care.
* Work within a range of funding models, including NDIS and school-based funding.
About You
* You are an experienced clinician with relevant experience in disability and/or community services.
* You are committed to family and person-centred approaches, supporting inclusion and participation.
* You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
* You are registered with SPA.

Requirements
* A current Driver's License and your own vehicle.
* A Satisfactory Working With Children's Check (Employee).
* Registered with SPA.
* An NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
* A COVID-19 digital certificate.
* If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country or countries.
