ABOUT THE ROLE This is a dynamic and hands-on opportunity where you’ll oversee property management and guest experience across a diverse rental portfolio. While exposure to property is beneficial, real estate experience is not essential. You’ll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, build strong relationships with property owners and guests, and drive efficiency through innovative processes. Oversee property maintenance and compliance, ensure properties meet high standards, liaise with trades, and manage repairs. Handle leasing and portfolio administration. Coordinate viewings, manage applications, and prepare lease agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships, collaborating with owners, tenants, guests, and service providers. Ensure smooth operations, monitor systems, processes, and procedures to optimise efficiency. Contribute to business growth by engaging with owners and tenants to expand the portfolio organically. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of professional experience, real estate exposure is useful but not essential. Ideal backgrounds include property-related roles, events, account management, or high-end hospitality. Excellent relationship building skills - strong verbal and written communication. Proactive and solutions-focused, need to be confident in handling challenges and delivering win-win outcomes. Strong organisational and administrative skills - attention to detail is key. A valid NSW driver’s license and a willingness to travel locally, primarily the Northern Beaches area.
