Product Business Analyst

We are looking for a Product Business Analyst to join our team and act as the key link between business goals and technical execution. In this role, you'll translate business needs into development tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile app features that boost customer engagement and revenue. You’ll manage the product backlog, coordinate Agile processes, and keep communication clear between stakeholders and developers. You’ll also play a vital role in troubleshooting and feature releases, ensuring app stability and improving the customer experience.

Your contributions
* Manage and prioritise the product backlog by reviewing and prioritizing new tasks, communicating priorities with developers, leading backlog grooming sessions, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on backlog progress and upcoming priorities.
* Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure blockers are resolved quickly, maintain alignment between sprint goals and project timelines, and drive continuous team improvement.
* Investigate and troubleshoot app issues by responding to reported problems, collaborating with developers and QA, monitoring bug tracking systems, conducting root cause analyses, and providing metrics on issue resolution.
* Capture and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals, regularly updating documentation, and presenting it for stakeholder review and approval.

What we are looking for
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a BA, Product Analyst or similar roles, particularly within mobile apps or digital products.
* Strong understanding and partial experience with agile frameworks
* Proven abilities to capture, document and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to navigate through ambiguity and adapt to change.
