About the Role Plan, supervise, and monitor food production across Chartwells portfolio in Melbourne, Ballarat & Geelong Maintain effective customer and client relationships Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, mentoring & training both FOH and BOH staff Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation Ensure contract compliance is met through an understanding of the scope of work required Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS About You Experienced Chef Manager with a Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery Must own a vehicle- Needed to travel across each site Confident with managing staff and talking to customers. Uphold branding, quality and safety standards at each site.
