Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated leader to assist in managing our airport lounge operations. This role involves providing hands-on support, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and workplace safety. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of strategic plans and foster business relationships with clients.
About the Role
The Position:
* Provide leadership and management support at an operational level.
* Assist in the day-to-day operation of services in an airport lounge environment.
* Monitor and ensure food quality, service standards & initiatives, food & workplace safety, management systems, processes & procedures are implemented, measured, and maintained to the highest standards.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve ongoing improvements.
* Liaise with the client located on site regularly to ensure we are providing the best service at the highest standard.
About You
The Person:
* Current or previous managerial experience in a premium hospitality setting.
* Good financial acumen and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills.
* Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team.
* Great energy, flexible approach, and immaculate presentation.
* Ability to build business relationships with existing clients at a senior executive level.
* Strong and decisive leadership skills with the ability to build and train effective and engaged teams.
* Excellent knowledge of food & beverage.
Requirements
An ASIC security clearance will be required (We will provide). A flexible approach to your working hours will be required. Our lounges are open 7 days a week.
