The Role
The primary responsibility will be strategically managing projects through effective management of people and processes to deliver on time and within budget. The role will include, but is not limited to:
* Project planning and scheduling
* Managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
* Providing technical knowledge and commercial advice
* Undertaking risk analysis
* Understanding commercial processes, including cost control, project reporting, procurement and contract management.
The Criteria
* 3 years + experience as a Project Manager, delivering multi storey projects from inception to completion
* Management of programming, scheduling, planning and overseeing all areas of projects
* Procurement and allocation of project resources
* Cost management and reporting
* Strong communication skills
