**Pay:** $50.36 – $55.87p/h + 11.5% super + salary packaging
We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist with leadership skills to support and coordinate a team while maintaining a clinical caseload.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the Speech Pathology team, including holding regular meetings and assisting with scheduling.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
* Coordinate the Speech Pathology team, including holding regular meetings and assisting with scheduling.
* Allocate caseloads for NDIS services so team members are able to meet billable targets.
* Support SLP therapists to problem-solve situations with clients, families, and staff, acting as the initial escalation point for complex cases.
* Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of effective parent-professional partnerships to optimize child and family outcomes.
* Provide orientation for new SLP staff.
* Complete performance appraisals, e.g. Achievement & Development Plans, for team members to foster continuous learning and professional growth, and provide structured feedback to support skill development and team collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Professional qualifications in Speech Language Therapy.
* Certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia.
* Knowledge and skills in Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) and principles of Family Centred Practice (FCP).
* Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Current Queensland Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Card.
